1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering, or interacting with the RewardGo mobile application, backend server endpoints, or static web directories, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must immediately uninstall the app and cease accessing our servers.

2. Eligibility

To register for an account and participate in the RewardGo micro-rewards program, you must satisfy the following conditions:

• You must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must review these terms with a parent or legal guardian.
• You must have a device capable of running standard Android OS applications without system modifications (rooting, ROM alteration, etc.).
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from our reward network.

3. User Registration

To use our services, you must register by linking an active email profile. You agree to provide correct registration credentials. Using fake profiles, temporary disposable emails, or details belonging to another person is a policy violation and will result in wallet locking.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all actions occurring under your user profile. You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, secure your device, and use the platform only for legitimate micro-tasks and gameplay. You agree to act honestly when interacting with sponsors and submitting screenshot proofs.

5. Reward System

RewardGo offers digital points ("Coins") as loyalty tokens for completing tasks. Coins have no direct cash value until you request a redemption and your request is validated. We reserve the absolute right to alter, adjust, or invalidate coin values, payout thresholds, or reward allocations at any time without notice.

6. Withdrawals & Payments

When you redeem coins in the withdrawal queue, the transaction is subject to manual verification. We verify that all points were earned legitimately. Payouts are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Users are responsible for any transaction fees or processing rates charged by local payment processors (e.g. eSewa, Khalti, PayPal).

7. Referral Program Rules

Users can invite friends using a unique referral link. You earn commissions when your referred user completes legitimate tasks. Creating fake referrals using cloner apps, emulators, or signing up multiple times under your own link to gain commission is fraud and will lead to an immediate ban.

8. Daily Check-in Rules

The Daily Check-in reward can be claimed once every 24 hours. The claim window resets daily. Using software scripts, time-zone alteration exploits, or bot clients to bypass the check-in timer is strictly prohibited.

9. Games & Offerwall Rules

HTML5 Games and third-party partner Offerwalls are provided inside RewardGo. You earn coins based on game milestones or task completions. Cheating on game scores, altering game variables, or using fake screenshot proof submissions in the task audit queue will void all reward credits.

10. Advertisement Rewards

Users can earn coins by watching rewarded video ads. You must watch the complete duration of the video to receive credit. Bypassing ad players, using ad-blockers, or utilizing automation tools to trigger video views is prohibited.

11. Fraud Prevention Policy

To protect our advertisers and maintain platform security, we verify all wallet operations. We use unique device identifiers (Android ID, IDFV) and IP logs to prevent duplicate registrations. All transaction calls are mathematically signed with secure HMAC verification keys to prevent point manipulation.

12. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to participate in any of the following prohibited behaviors. Engagement in these actions results in an immediate ban and coin forfeiture:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person or physical device.
• Fake Referrals: Generating fake invites or referral accounts to earn commission.
• VPN Usage: Routing internet traffic through VPNs, proxy servers, or Tor to bypass geographic tasks.
• Emulator Usage: Accessing RewardGo via emulators (e.g. BlueStacks, Nox) or virtual machines.
• Bots: Utilizing bots or automated software to simulate app operations.
• Automation Scripts: Running macro scripts to perform automatic clicks or task completions.
• Fake Clicks: Simulating click actions on video ads or banner promotions.
• Reward Abuse: Exploiting app bugs or vulnerabilities to inflate coin balances.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, terminate, or delete any account that violates these terms or exhibits suspicious activity. Suspended accounts lose all access to their wallets, and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled.

14. Reward Cancellation

If our auditing team detects points earned through system bugs, exploits, or policy violations, the equivalent points will be deducted from your wallet balance, and the payout will be cancelled. We may also cancel rewards if an advertiser refuses payout due to invalid task completions.

15. Intellectual Property

All content, including logo files, graphics, layouts, UI scripts, text, code, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of RewardGo. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or modify any part of the app or its services without our written permission.

16. Disclaimer

RewardGo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RewardGo and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or coin balances, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become active immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the service after updates are posted, you agree to the revised terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Nepal. Any legal action or dispute arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
